Hempel/AkzoNobel/Jotun Zinc-rich Epoxy Primer Coated Line Pipe
Our Hempel/AkzoNobel/Jotun Zinc-rich Epoxy Primer Coated Line Pipe is a high-performance coating solution designed for use in harsh environments. The epoxy primer provides a strong bond between the steel substrate and the outer layers, ensuring a durable and long-lasting protective barrier against corrosion. The zinc-rich layer adds an additional protective layer, providing cathodic protection against corrosion by sacrificing itself to protect the underlying steel. This coating system is ideal for use in applications where exposure to seawater, acidic or alkaline substances, or high-temperature environments is a concern. Our Hempel/AkzoNobel/Jotun Zinc-rich Epoxy Primer Coated Line Pipe is widely used in various industries, including offshore platforms, chemical processing plants, and coastal oil and gas transmission piping systems. The coating provides excellent resistance to blistering, flaking, and cracking, ensuring a smooth and reliable flow of fluids through the pipeline. With its superior corrosion protection and durability, our Hempel/AkzoNobel/Jotun Zinc-rich Epoxy Primer Coated Line Pipe ensures a long and trouble-free service life for your pipeline system.
